Return/ Exchange Policy

We perform quality check before sending your order,  we are assured that your order will be up to satisfaction. However, if you are not happy with the purchase, you can return or exchange your order.

We do not provide refund/exchange on mixed parcels and wholesale orders. We will share a video of packaging and video of your order before sending it to you. Buyers have a right to reject the order if they are not satisfied with the video, their money will be refunded within 3-4 working days. International transactions may take around 5-6 working days.
